Volcanic eruption time series

November 2006 - Added NOPAC air routes : Time Series 1975 - 2006

These time series are from Puff for volcanic eruptions within the North Pacific region from 1975 - 2006. The eruptions tracked in this series are for those where the ash cloud has reached at least 6km or ~20,000 ft.

Note: You will need to download the files to view them. Time Series from 1975 - 2006 are 100 MB in size and Decadal series are from 7 MB to 42 MB in size.

The two sets of time series shown here are for:

1. Airborne Ash particles displayed by altitude
2. Airborne concentration of ash particles
3. Development Stage: Aircraft Encounters and Aiports

These are for events from 1975 - 2006 where they has been a reported aircraft encounter or airport affected by the volcanic ash clouds
